The Nefarious Villains of Sherlock Holmes is a two-volume anthology of new original stories featuring… well, the nefarious villains of Sherlock Holmes. The anthology is currently being launched on Kickstarter, and it features, among many fine stories, a piece by yours truly, featuring (not yet) Colonel Sebastian Moran, and with a notorious pulp psicopath as a guest star.
Check it out.

Thank you!
I am sure you won’t regret getting the books.
There are a lot of fine writers in it – a much finer than me, in fact.

Excellent concept! A fine rogues’ gallery they make too. Charles Milverton, blackmailer, “with a smiling face and a heart of marble,” Baron Adelbert Gruner, “the Austrian murderer,” the malevolent “Norwood builder” and shotgun-toting Scowrer Ted Baldwin from “The Valley of Fear,” just off the top of my head.
Irene Adler, maybe, to represent the women, though she’s hardly nefarious, more sinned against than sinning. I must get this.

It is a nice reminder of what a fine creator of knaves and rogues Conan Doyle was.
