This is going to be a loooong day.

And right now I need train timetables from Paris to Geneva and some simple, practical self-defense moves.

    Well I can’t help you write anything, but for simple, straight-forward hand to hand combat moves , go to


    WW2 techniques taught to the British Commandos and the OSS (forerunner of the CIA). Smple and easy to describe as well as actually effective. Hope it helps.
