497Yes, that’s quite a mouthful, isn’t it?
It’s the German for “Spring Tiredness”, what sometimes is referred to, in th English language, as Spring fever.

Quoting from Wikipedia…

a temporary mood typically characterized by a state of low energy and weariness experienced by many people in springtime

Yeah, that’s me.
Right now, I’d sleep fifteen hours a day – which is not good, as there’s a lot of stuff to do right now.

So I went to the web and looked around for remedies – it’s the sort of idle thing one feels like doing instead of writing when he’s caught Spring Fever, I guess…

So, basically, considering it is not a medical condition, but it’s rather a mood, looks like you can’t get yourself a medication or a herbal infusion or something.

Basically, the cure for spring fever seems to be spring cleaning, moving our activities outdoor whenever possible, and maybe take a trip and get away from it all for a few days.
Physical exercise and hard work – with occasional pauses – are also highly recommended.
In other words, the cure for Springtime sagging energies and general depressed mood is getting to work and don’t be depressed.
It sort of makes sense, I think.

Also, drink a lot of water.
Well, that can’t do any arm, right?

Now if only could I find the energy to do some work…
