One Year of Karavansara

edit(27117)Today marks the first year of Karavansara – yes, this blog was launched on the 20th of January 2013.

In these cases it is common to recite a string of numbers – so here goes.
Karavansara has 291 posts online (including this one) which were viewed roughly 21.000 times.
544 comments were posted.
Karavansara has little less than 300 followers.
It gets an average 1500 unique views per month.
Not bad, not bad at all.

Karavansara was launched in about three days – there was not much planning.
I believe in a  moderate amount of jumping in blind and seeing what happens.
The main purpose of this blog was – and still is – to force me to exercise my English.
This will hopefully lighten the workload of my editors, as I plan more ebooks in English in the future*.

At the same time, Karavansara allows me to try a different style of blogging – less jazzy than the way I handle my Italian blog.

I hope I’ll be able to offer more and better contents in 2014.

And of course, the comments are always open – I take requests, accept suggestions, and enjoy a good chat.
The caravanseray welcomes all travelers.

* And yes, I’ll talk about those projects here, extensively. I’ll bore you to death.
