I am saddened at the news of the passing of noted fantasy writer and certified bestseller author Terry Goodkind. While I had enjoyed Wizard’s First Rule, the first volume in his Sword of Truth series, I was never a fan of his work – and yet, my personal tastes and opinions aside, this is another great loss for the fantasy field.
